Austin worked in hospitality, warehouse work, etc…after an injury he found an opportunity to sell and took the chance.
Wally went to college for Business Admin. After finishing he successfully sold cars and was introduced to GPM’s full commission opportunity where he continues to find success.
Kenneth worked in construction and now has sold for GPM for 3 summers. He loves the financial freedom that selling for GPM offers him.
TRIPS
Green Pest Management hosts an annual sales trip to exotic destinations such as Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Bahamas, alternating between luxurious cruises and resort stays. In 2022 Green Pest took all of the sales representatives on a 7 day Royal Caribbean Mexico cruise. The stops included Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan.
In 2023 Green Pest took all of the sales representatives on a 7 day Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas. The stops included Labadee, Nassau, and Jamaica.

BAHAMAS | 2017
In 2017 Green Pest took all of the sales representatives on a 7 day Royal Caribbean cruise. The stops included Bahamas, Puerto Rico, and St. Thomas.

BAHAMAS | 2018
In 2018 Green Pest took all of the sales representatives on another Royal Caribbean cruise. This time the stops included Bahamas, Honduras, Puerto Costa Maya, and Cozumel.

COSTA RICA | 2019
In 2019 Green Pest took the sales representatives to Costa Rica for a week long stay at The Westin.

In preparation for this growth, GPM is now currently looking for motivated, committed, coachable, and passionate individuals for their Door To Door Sales Program for the Spring and Summer of 2025. This role affords experienced and inexperienced sales professionals to develop and grow their skill sets while being a part of an environment that pushes hard to achieve their goals.
Job Description: This role is a seasonal role that begins approximately May 1st and runs through approximately September 1st, 2025. GPM are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals that sell our pest control service in suburban communities throughout the spring and summer. All team members undergo a preseason, digital, and in-market daily training program to learn the sales process and refine key communication and selling skills to be successful and productive. The Sales Representative is responsible for professionally representing GPM in an official capacity, communicating service programs, and achieving specific, predetermined sales results and goals.
Sales Representative candidates should possess:
- Physical ability to move around in neighborhoods and be on your feet for 8+ hours a day
- Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to be able to talk to different people constantly
- A passion to achieve success in challenging environments
- Coachable attitude that enjoys learning new skills and competencies
- Drive to push through rejection and difficult interactions
- Willingness to learn and develop the process
- Enjoyment in working with various people in a team culture and environment
- A sense of accomplishment in setting and achieving goals
- Some background in sales or door to door sales experience preferred, but not required
- High-school (or equivalent) and some College preferred, but not required
